De uitrol is bewust opgesplitst: één skill maakt het plan en de infrastructuurbestanden, een tweede controleert die en pas daarna voert een derde azd up of terraform apply uit. Elke skill vermeldt zowel wanneer je die wel als niet gebruikt, zodat een verzoek om een app te maken niet direct bij de uitrolstap belandt. Naast uitrol behandelt het pakket kostenquery's, quotacontroles, AKS, Entra-appregistratie en Application Insights-instrumentatie, waarbij PowerShell- en shellscripts het mechanische werk uitvoeren.
