The Angular team put its server behind an existing CLI command, so any project on a recent CLI can enable it without adding a dependency. It searches the current documentation, lists available schematics for the workspace, reports project configuration, and can run the official migrations — standalone components, control flow syntax, signal inputs — instead of leaving the model to rewrite files by hand. That last tool matters because Angular's migrations are codemods the team already tested.
