Azure DevOps spreads a project across five products, and switching between them is most of the friction. This official server pulls them into one tool surface: query and update work items, browse repositories and pull requests, inspect pipeline runs and their logs, read test plans and results, and search the wiki. Authentication runs through the Azure CLI login already on the machine, so no personal access token is stored in a config file.
