BrowserStack rents real phones and browsers, and this server puts that grid behind natural language: open an app on a named device, point a browser at a page served from localhost, run an existing Playwright or Selenium suite on the cloud, scan a page for accessibility violations, or create test cases and runs in Test Management. The part worth noting is the boundary it draws around root cause analysis: when the server explains why a test failed it returns the suggested fix as a proposal and never edits files itself, leaving the approval to the developer. An agent with write access to a CI suite is a poor trade, and the design says so explicitly.
