Docker Hub MCP Server

Picking a base image is a research task a model normally does badly, because its training data has no idea which tags exist today or which architectures they were built for. This server puts the Hub search API in front of the model with filters for architecture, operating system, content type and badges, then lets it drill into a repository, list its tags and read a specific tag's details. Repository creation and metadata updates are available with a personal access token. The HTTP transport is deliberately awkward to expose: it binds to loopback, refuses to start without a bearer token and rejects requests whose Host header is not in the allow-list, because every tool call runs under the operator's Hub identity.
