Most Greenhouse servers mirror the API endpoint by endpoint, which leaves an agent doing five calls to answer one recruiter question and gives it write access it never needed. This one ships three tool profiles instead: read-only with 103 tools and no write path at all, recruiter with 127 and safe write operations, and full with 181 for admins. Starting in read-only is the actual safety mechanism here — a candidate pipeline is live production data and a mis-scoped agent should not be able to reject anyone. On top of that, composite workflow tools collapse pipeline views, source-to-hire conversion analytics and candidate search into single actions. Authentication is a Greenhouse Harvest API key from the Dev Center.
