Postmark specialises in transactional mail, where deliverability and bounce reporting matter more than campaign design. The official server sends plain or templated messages using the templates already configured in the account, and reads back delivery, bounce and open statistics. Using existing templates is the safer pattern — the agent supplies variables rather than composing the body, so branding and legal footers stay intact.
