The client points at Statsig's own MCP address and authenticates with a personal Console API key, so there is no local process in the path. The tool set mirrors the console itself: feature gates, experiments, dynamic configs, layers, segments, metric queries and the review workflows around them. A read-only key can still use every read tool, while anything that changes configuration needs write permission.
