One group works inside the codebase: it scans for existing analytics patterns, lists the events a surface ought to emit, then writes the instrumentation calls to match. Another works inside Amplitude, building charts and dashboards from a description, reading them back, watching running experiments and assembling daily or weekly briefs. A third reads session replays and customer feedback to explain where users drop off, and scores what it finds with RICE so the output arrives ranked rather than as loose notes.
