Four agents cover the framework decision, a backend architect alongside Django, FastAPI and GraphQL specialists, and a fastapi-templates skill supplies the part that usually gets improvised. It fixes a layout up front: versioned routes under app/api/v1/endpoints, shared dependencies in a single module, and configuration, security and database wiring under app/core. Deciding that once stops every new endpoint from reopening the question of where things live. The GraphQL side is equally specific, covering Apollo Federation v2 subgraphs, the DataLoader pattern for N+1 queries, depth and complexity limits, and automatic persisted queries for cacheable clients.
