Setup asks a handful of questions about your domain and then generates the whole structure: folders, note templates, processing skills, hooks and navigation maps. What comes out is markdown connected by wiki links, sitting in your own repo with no database behind it. The one-time run is long and token heavy, and the generated system is meant to be edited afterwards rather than treated as fixed.
