Thirteen skills sit in front of two managed AWS services and decide which one a request belongs to. An incident phrase such as a 5xx spike or an OOM alarm goes to the DevOps agent; a pre-commit diff goes to a diff-only security scan rather than a full repository sweep; a design document gets a STRIDE threat model instead of either. Setup is its own skill because both agents need a workspace, a role and a bucket provisioned before anything runs, and the remote MCP server they expose accepts Bearer or SigV4. Penetration testing runs against live endpoints, so it stays behind an explicit request.
