Each skill is scoped to one question shape so the agent can pick the right one: vesting for a single named grant or holder, outstanding SAFEs and their conversion maths, 409A valuation history and expiry, round history, and exit waterfalls that compute what each holder actually walks away with at a modelled sale price. Compensation skills sit alongside them — role matching, benchmark lookups and a scorecard. Report output goes to Markdown or a branded Excel file through bundled Python scripts. Everything reads through Carta's MCP server with a bearer token, so a Carta account and an OAuth step are required before the first query.
