Most repositories end up with an agent configuration that grew by accident — a hook someone added once, an MCP server nobody uses. This plugin inspects the project first and then proposes a setup that fits it: which checks belong in a hook, which recurring instructions should become a skill, which external systems justify an MCP server. Starting from the codebase rather than from a template is what keeps the resulting configuration small enough to maintain.
