Eight skills and seven agents covering architecture, networking, service mesh and cost. The distinguishing choice is Oracle Cloud: the service comparison tables carry an OCI column beside AWS, Azure and GCP, and the Terraform module tree has an oci branch with VCN, OKE and Object Storage next to the other three, where most multi-cloud material stops at three providers. The mesh side is split rather than merged, with separate skills for Istio traffic management and Linkerd patterns plus a shared mTLS configuration skill, because the two meshes disagree on nearly every knob. Cost work comes with a tagging standard reference, since untagged resources make a spend attribution report impossible to produce in the first place.
