A port of Google's Conductor extension for Gemini CLI, brought over to Claude Code under the same Apache licence. Setup interviews the project once — greenfield or existing, tech stack, workflow rules, languages — and writes the answers into a conductor directory that the rest of the commands read; the interview stores its own state, so it can be abandoned and resumed later. Work is organised into tracks, each with a specification and a phased plan approved before implementation starts. The detail worth noticing is revert: because every commit is tied to a track, phase or task, undoing means naming the unit of work rather than hunting for commit hashes. Styleguide templates ship for eight languages, from Python and TypeScript to C# and Dart.
