The plugin is deliberately thin, with no commands and no reference files, just two agents that get pulled in when a release path needs designing. What is unusual is that they declare different models in their frontmatter: the deployment engineer runs on Haiku while the Terraform specialist runs on Opus, so the expensive model is reserved for state management and module design instead of being spent on pipeline YAML. Between them they cover progressive delivery with Argo Rollouts and Flagger, secret handling through External Secrets Operator and Sealed Secrets, and an OpenTofu migration path for teams moving off Terraform. Zero-downtime work is treated as readiness probes and graceful shutdown rather than a deployment flag.
