HADS is a writing convention on plain Markdown rather than a tool. Every block carries a tag: [SPEC] for an authoritative fact, [NOTE] for human context and history, [BUG] for a verified failure written as symptom, cause and fix, and [?] for anything inferred but not confirmed. A required reading instruction sits above the first section and states which tags to read and which to skip, so one file serves both a person browsing history and a model that only needs the specification. The plugin ships a single skill that writes in the format, converts existing documents and validates the structure. The [?] tag is the part that earns its keep, since it stops a guess from hardening into a fact once a model has quoted it back a few times.
