The plan is read end to end and criticised before anything is built — objections go to the human first, not after half the work is done. Each task is then opened, followed exactly as written, checked with the verification command the plan names, and closed. Blockers stop the run instead of triggering guesswork, and implementation never starts on main without explicit consent.
