Lumen indexes a repository with Go AST parsing and embeds it through a local Ollama or LM Studio instance, so semantic code search happens without anything leaving the machine. The plugin bundles that search server and adds two skills that exist because a stale index fails quietly: doctor confirms the embedding backend is reachable and reports index age, deduplication ratio, vector precision and reclaimable bytes, while reindex rebuilds it. Asking whether the index is fresh before believing a search result is the whole reason doctor is a skill rather than a flag.
