Wrong Microsoft API signatures are a well-known model failure, partly because the surface is enormous and partly because it keeps moving. This plugin points the agent at Microsoft Learn before it writes: look up the method, confirm the signature, take the sample from the documentation rather than from memory. Two design choices are worth noting — the reference skill runs in a forked context so a long documentation read does not crowd the working session, and if the Learn endpoint is unavailable it falls back to the mslearn CLI instead of guessing. A third skill helps author new skills in the same shape.
