This one exists because of a specific failure mode: training data is full of years of workarounds, so an agent reaches for a hand-rolled modal or a scroll listener when the platform already has dialog, popover, anchor positioning, container queries and scroll-driven animations. The skill converts that into a lookup step — search a use case, retrieve the matching guide together with its browser compatibility data, then write the code — and declares itself mandatory at the start of any front-end task. It is just as explicit about where not to fire: database queries, CI pipelines and local scripts are none of its business. A second skill covers Chrome extension work.
