The usual version of this framework is a slide with five boxes and no evidence. Here every force — rivalry, new entrants, substitutes including AI-driven ones, buyer power, supplier power — carries a rating that has to be justified by a documented signal found during a search pass, and the analysis closes by naming where the profit pool sits and who is squeezing it. Worth running when margins compress and every explanation on offer is tactical.
