Agent frameworks move faster than training data, so the usual failure is confident code written against an API that no longer exists. This plugin is a single, deliberately large skill carrying the current shape of Pydantic AI: how tools and capabilities are declared, how capabilities can be loaded on demand instead of all at once, how structured output and streaming are typed, how agents are defined from YAML, and how their behaviour is tested. It fires on an import of pydantic_ai rather than on the product name being spoken, which is what makes it useful during ordinary editing.
