This is the parent plugin behind a set of skills that have become common vocabulary — brainstorming before implementing, dispatching subagents with review built in, systematic debugging, and red/green TDD. It also teaches the meta-skill of writing and testing new skills, which is why installing the whole collection differs from picking individual pieces: the skills reference each other and assume the same working method.
