Sets up a React 18 and TypeScript project with Tailwind and a pre-installed shadcn/ui component set, then bundles the result down to a single self-contained HTML file. Two shell scripts cover the two ends of that flow: project init and bundling. It targets artifacts that need routing or real state management; a one-file HTML or JSX artifact does not need any of this.
