Fleet-wide actions are the part that usually breaks when an agent drives a cloud API directly, because looping over instances one call at a time is slow and half-applied when it fails. This server routes batch work through Alibaba Cloud's Operation Orchestration Service instead, so starting, stopping or running a command across a set of ECS instances is a single orchestrated task with its own status. Around that sit ordinary resource operations for VPCs and switches, RDS instance lifecycle, OSS buckets and objects, and CloudMonitor metrics for CPU, load, memory and disk. It can also inspect a project, work out its stack and deploy it onto an ECS instance, creating the application grouping as it goes.
