Abstracts are rarely enough to answer a technical question, so this server adds a local step: search arXiv with date and category filters, download a paper, then list and read what has been stored. Because the text lands on disk, follow-up questions do not re-fetch the PDF, and the same paper can be cited across a long session. Prompts for structured paper analysis ship with it.
