Solidity work happens on the command line, and this server hands that command line to the model: start and stop Anvil instances, call and send against any RPC, read raw storage slots, replay a published transaction locally with cast run, and inspect the resulting trace. Forge files live in a persistent workspace at ~/.mcp-foundry-workspace, so a contract written in one turn is still there to compile and deploy in the next. If Heimdall is installed alongside it, the same session can disassemble bytecode, decode calldata without an ABI and decompile a verified-less contract back to readable Solidity. The author's own warning is worth repeating: point PRIVATE_KEY at a test key, never at funded mainnet keys.
