Harness MCP Server

A platform this wide would normally produce hundreds of tools, and tool selection gets measurably worse as that number grows while schemas eat the context window. The server inverts the mapping: a registry routes generic verbs — list, get, create, update, delete, execute, search, describe, diagnose, status, schema — to any Harness resource, from pipelines and services to feature flags and cloud cost data. Adding a new resource means adding a declarative data file rather than registering another tool. Toolsets span CI/CD, GitOps, chaos engineering, security testing, database DevOps and governance, and the agent discovers organisations and projects at runtime instead of reading them from environment variables.
