Reading FHIR is the easy half; producing a resource with the right code from the right terminology, a valid status and the correct patient reference is where generic agent frameworks quietly fail. HealthChain hands any model a typed toolkit that builds, reads, validates and codes FHIR resources from a patient bundle, and returns machine-readable validation reports shaped for a fix-and-retry loop rather than a human error message. The same toolkit is served over MCP with kit.as_mcp() or the healthchain mcp command, and dropped into LangChain unchanged. It is data plumbing and validation, not clinical decision support — no part of it judges whether a treatment is appropriate.
