A FHIR endpoint is a clinical database with a REST surface, and the awkward part is authentication rather than the queries. This server covers both ends of that spectrum: point it at the public HAPI test server and it works with no authorisation flow at all, or point it at an Epic sandbox and it carries the full SMART-on-FHIR OAuth 2.0 authorisation code exchange. Search, read, create and update operations are exposed as tools, and the process speaks stdio, SSE or streamable HTTP depending on how you launch it. It is a data access bridge for developers and integrators — it moves records, it does not read them clinically.
