There is a hosted endpoint with OAuth for most accounts, and the same server is published on npm for federal and EU instances that cannot use the hosted one. Tools cover listing and creating feature flags, changing targeting, reading environments, audit log entries and code references, plus the AI config variations. Every call is scoped by the API key behind it, so the key decides what the agent is allowed to change.
