Snyk MCP Server

snyk mcp -t stdio

The server is not a separate package: it ships inside the Snyk CLI and starts with snyk mcp -t stdio. From there a model can scan open source dependencies, run static analysis on the code it just wrote, check infrastructure definitions and container images, generate an AIBOM or look up the health of a package it is about to install. Scans execute locally against your authenticated Snyk account, and an SCA scan may invoke ecosystem tools such as Maven or Gradle to resolve the dependency tree.
