The Python implementation keeps its surface deliberately narrow: list tickets, open one, read its comment thread, add a comment, create a ticket and update an existing one. Credentials live in an env file and the process talks stdio, with a Dockerfile available for containerised setups. Zendesk does not publish an MCP server of its own, so this is one of several community options.
