The tool surface follows the shape of a support queue rather than the shape of the API: list and search tickets, read one with its full conversation, post a reply or a private note, then update status and priority. Agents, contacts and companies are reachable too, which is what makes triage possible instead of just reading. Worth knowing before the first call is that Freshdesk encodes source, priority and status as integers and lets every account define its own custom fields, so get_ticket_fields is effectively a prerequisite for any create or update. Configuration is two environment variables, an API key and the account domain.
