Building on the Agent SDK means making a series of decisions that are hard to reverse later: how the session loop is structured, where tools are defined, how permissions and hooks are wired, what happens when a run has to resume. This plugin packages Anthropic's own guidance for those choices so the agent writing the code has the current API shape rather than a remembered one. It is the reference to reach for before the first file, not after the first bug.
