The skill gives the agent a structured way to read a diff: correctness first, then design, then naming and tests, with severity attached to every remark. Comments are phrased so the author can act on them, and nitpicks are separated from blocking problems. It also covers the team side of reviewing — agreeing on standards up front and using the review thread to transfer knowledge rather than to gate.
