The largest plugin in this group, and it ships more than skills: a notebook server, a visualization server and a BigQuery server built from MCP Toolbox's prebuilt configuration rather than a bespoke implementation, plus a telemetry hook, all behind three required settings for project, region and BigQuery location. The skill list covers dbt and Dataform, Spark and BigFrames, Dataflow, Composer troubleshooting, managed Airflow DAG authoring and migration, graph and SQL work, and notebook guidance. Two entries are guardrails rather than capabilities: one on preventing accidental data loss and one on enforcing resource attribution, which is what stops an agent's provisioning from becoming an unlabelled line on the bill.
