The kit ships as separate agents rather than one long document: upgrading an open source dependency, triaging AI SAST findings, reviewing a dependency before it lands, responding to a package flagged as malicious, and checking CI/CD posture each get their own file with its own workflow. The setup agent runs first and only verifies that endorctl is installed and authenticated — it is written explicitly not to start a scan, which keeps a first session from burning minutes on a full inventory nobody asked for. The repository is a distribution mirror: the same generated package is published for Codex, Gemini CLI, Antigravity and Cursor from a single upstream source, so a version bump is a deliberate release action instead of per-host drift.
