Firestore has no schema to read, so the discovery step differs from every SQL database in this set: the agent lists collections and walks the hierarchy to find out what exists, then queries a collection with field conditions. Six Node scripts cover the whole surface, listing collections, querying a collection, and getting, adding, updating and deleting documents. That is deliberately small, because the hard part with a document store is not the operation but knowing where the documents live. Configuration is a project ID and an optional database ID that defaults to the one named default. The skill targets Firestore in Native mode; a project running Datastore mode is a different API and not what these scripts talk to.
