A Fluent project is identified by a now.config.json at its root, and the skill treats every one it finds as a separate project rather than a nested copy. Before any other work it runs the SDK's explain command to list and read the quickstart and fluent-language topics in full — those docs ship with the @servicenow/sdk version installed in that project, so orientation done for one project is explicitly not carried over to another. That constraint is the whole point: Fluent conventions move between SDK releases and a model working from memory writes for the wrong one. The skill also encodes the deletion rule, where removing a Table, BusinessRule or Record definition from a .now.ts file may need to propagate as an upgrade-time delete through keys.ts, which the source alone never reveals.
