Three agents (python-pro, django-pro, fastapi-pro), a scaffold command and sixteen skills, all written against the current toolchain rather than the one from five years ago: uv replacing pip, pip-tools and poetry with a lockfile, ruff standing in for black, isort and flake8 in a single pass, and mypy or pyright for static checking. Packaging follows PEP 621 metadata in pyproject.toml with a src layout and a choice of hatchling, flit or setuptools as the build backend. The version floor is real rather than decorative: the examples use User | None return annotations and structural pattern matching, both of which need Python 3.10 or newer at runtime unless annotations are deferred.
