A single command takes a feature through every layer — schema change, API, interface, tests, security review, performance pass and deployment — while four specialist agents handle the steps that need depth. What keeps a long run from drifting is the file discipline: each phase writes its output under a .full-stack-feature directory and the next phase reads that file instead of whatever survived in the context window, and the run stops at a checkpoint for approval rather than proceeding on assumption. Arguments declare the stack and whether the API is REST or GraphQL, so the generated work matches the project rather than a default. A failed step halts the sequence outright, which matters most in the deploy phase where partial progress is expensive to unwind.
