Telling an agent the same thing three times is a signal that the instruction belongs in a hook rather than in a prompt. Hookify creates those hooks either from an explicit rule or by analysing the pattern in a conversation where the same correction kept appearing. Rules are plain markdown files, which keeps them reviewable and removable — a hook nobody can read is a hook nobody will delete.
