HyperFrames treats a video as a web page that can be seeked. Compositions are ordinary HTML, CSS and media, and every animation has to be addressable by time rather than driven by the wall clock; that constraint is what makes rendering deterministic, so the same source yields the same frames on every run and an agent can iterate without watching a preview. Motion comes from GSAP timelines and runtime adapters, with captions, voiceovers and audio-reactive visuals layered on, plus capture of an existing website as footage. The bundled skills cover caption overlays, changelog videos and motion craft such as easing discipline and seam handling between shots. It runs on Node 22 or newer through the hyperframes package, and the plugin router installs each creation workflow only when it is needed.
