Covers the recurring documents a team actually sends: 3P updates built around progress, plans and problems, company newsletters, FAQ answers, status reports and incident write-ups. Each format has a worked example in the bundled examples folder, and the matching one is loaded once the type of communication has been identified. The point is format consistency, so the same weekly update reads the same way regardless of who drafted it.
