Before any code gets written the agent asks whether the task needs to exist at all, then works down a fixed order: standard library, then a native platform feature, then an already-installed dependency, and only after that something new. Three intensity levels — lite, full and ultra — decide how hard it pushes back. Alongside the main skill the repo ships review, audit, debt and gain commands that apply the same standard to code that already exists.
