Instrumentation is the part people postpone, so the plugin does the scan itself: it finds FastAPI, httpx, asyncpg, SQLAlchemy and similar libraries already in the project and adds the matching Logfire calls, with JavaScript, Rust and host metrics through an OpenTelemetry collector also covered. The querying half is where a subtle decision shows up. Analysis and browsing are treated as different intents with separate skills, and a wording like "show recent errors" is considered ambiguous on purpose — the agent asks whether you want an answer in chat or a link to open, instead of running a query you did not want and burning the turn.
