Reports like "checkout failed for this customer" are hard to act on because the evidence sits in a replay nobody opens. The skill filters sessions by user, URL, time range and event, then reads the ones that match — including a tool that hands back the requests and responses that session actually made as HAR, which turns a vague complaint into a specific failing API call. Issue listing is filtered by severity and triage status so a post-deploy regression check does not drown in old noise, and rage clicks and dead clicks are treated as first-class signals rather than curiosities. Natural-language questions go through LogRocket's own query layer.
